Return & Refund Policy

At SATO, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SATO covers both shipping and return costs, so there are no fees for returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized items
  

• Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the product you have, and place a new order after the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
