Cancellation & Subscription Policy – SATO Matcha
Some items in our shop may be available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy outlines how you can cancel or change these types of purchases in accordance with Danish and EU consumer regulations.
Subscriptions
When purchasing a subscription from SATO Matcha, you will receive regular deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment information will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each recurring order unless you’ve prepaid in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

You may cancel or change your subscription at any time via the link provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
Subscriptions can be paused, canceled, or modified at any time before the next processing date. Any cancellations made after an order has been processed will apply to the next billing cycle.

Pre-orders
By placing a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is either currently out of stock or launching soon.

You may be charged either in full or a partial deposit at checkout.

Your payment method may be securely stored to allow for future payment completion.

Once the product becomes available, your order will be fulfilled and charged in accordance with your selected pre-order method.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled by contacting us at info@satocph.dk.
If your pre-order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still be eligible for a refund under our standard return policy.
