At SATO, we aim to offer a smooth and reliable delivery experience to all our customers. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within Denmark and selected EU countries.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Carriers
We use trusted carriers including PostNord, DAO, and GLS for deliveries within Denmark. For EU deliveries, we collaborate with major international couriers.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours, please contact us.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, damaged or lost in transit, please notify us immediately at info@satocph.dk, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered during checkout.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside Denmark may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
